Capital Outlay Project The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within forty five (45) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof. As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms described in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. All Pre-Bid RFIs are to be submitted via email to Sara Berg (berg@ashleymcgraw.com). Prime Contractors are herewith advised that they must pay all their personnel according to Rates of Wages and Supplements determined by the Commissioner of Labor of the State of New York, as prevailing in locality of site at which work will be performed. 1. The same requirement applies to all sub-contractors and sub-subcontractors. C. These wage rates and supplemental benefits are subject to change. Any such change shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference as of effective date of change and shall form part of these Contract Documents. Any such change shall be incorporated herein at no change in contract sum, and contractor must include in original bid such monies, as he deems necessary to pay prevailing wages and supplements over the course of Work.
