The Town of Chatham reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any proposal that appears to be in the best interest of the Town The Town is seeking a qualified contractor (OSHA training certification required) to complete the Project. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services required in accordance with the projects drawing (see Attachment B). The overall scope includes (a detailed Scope is included in Attachment C): Meet with the course management group and a representative from the Golf Committee to review the work to be done Ensure that no alteration is made within the No Disturb Zone unless specifically laid out in this contract The work is to start and be completed in the offseason (November to April) Remove tree: Mens tee: remove 1 cherry tree and remove from the course Mark temporary tees on the 7th and 9th by moving the Black and White tee markers to the forward tees and placing them next to the Yellow tee markers. Bidders will be required to provide a 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond with the contract for this project in accordance with the threshold in Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, Section 5. Potential contractors are not to include sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies purchased for this project in their Bid. All materials used are tax exempt.
