Demolition and site work for a residential development in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The City of Chesapeake is soliciting quotes from qualified bidders for the demolition of improvements (houses, storage buildings, concrete pads, concrete walkways, driveways, fences, etc.) for the City's Public Works Department at four (4) separate addresses Period of Performance: All properties shall be demolished and invoiced prior to February 15, 2023. The City of Chesapeake routinely identifies properties that are prone to repetitive flooding and applies for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant funds to purchase and demolish improvements on the properties. Item 1 consists of 4 such properties that the City has purchased under the FEMA program. No AST/UST removal or hazard remediation is included in this solicitation. CODE: 912-40
