The Utah Transit Authority is issuing this RFQP for the development of 11.01 acres at the Lehi FrontRunner Station site located at 3050 North Garden Dr., Lehi, Uta The result of this solicitation will be for the selected Developer to enter into an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement (ENA) with UTA for future development of the property via a Master Development Agreement (MDA). Question Deadline 12/01/2023 at 2:00 PM Questions and requests for clarification of any part of this RFQP MUST be submitted via SciQuest only. Contacting anyone other than Jimi Rider regarding this RFQP during this phase of the procurement may result in your proposal being disqualified. prepared to comply fully with prevailing wage requirements, minimum wages, maximum hours of work, and equal opportunity provisions contained in the general conditions of the contract UTA reserves the right to terminate this RFQP at any time prior to the award of final contract.
