The City of Gastonia is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested firms to provide professional services, related to the design of the footings and structural components of a free standing art structure for downtown. If your firm is interested in a submittal, the qualification statement should contain the following information: 1. Identification of the Engineer who will be DIRECTLY responsible for the project, along with summaries of experience and education. 2. A summary of pertinent experience and qualifications of the engineer relative to the design of footings and associated steel structure, with specific regard to other municipal or governmental type work, sign footings, etc. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
