The scope of the work is to select a qualified vendor to provide an agreement for the purchase of hand towels and toilet tissue services at various Retirement Systems of Alabama facilities. The facilities include: o Alabama Center for Commerce Building & Parking Deck o Activity Center o Helen Hunt Learning Center o RSA Plaza Building o RSA Systems Building o AL Community College Systems o RSA Tower Building & Parking Deck o RSA Union Building & Parking Deck o Criminal Justice Building o Dexter Avenue Building & Parking Deck o Battle House Tower & Parking Deck o Trustmark Building o Van Antwerp Building o Royal Building & Parking Deck Interested firms must submit their bid, three copies, in loose bound form with the following and other relevant information: As a minimum include with your bid the following: o Company distribution centers. o Current service area/radius. o Copy of Alabama license and locality specific licensing required by each locality in the service area. o Corporations must furnish copies of registration with the Alabama Secretary of State. o Nonresident proposers must furnish a legal opinion of any preferences granted to proposers in their state of domicile in the letting of public contracts.
