Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Renton, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Sunset Trail Project ( TIP # 22 20, 2023 2028). The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing preliminary engineering design for a new multi use trail on the north side of Sunset Blvd from Edmonds Ave NE to NE 10th St. The proposed improvements also include upgrading existing curb ramps for compliance with PROWAG standards, new pedestrian level lighting, traffic signal upgrades, signage, pavement markings, and construction of retaining walls to provide for roadway widening. Under the direction of the Citys Project Manager, the selected consultant will provide the following: Surveying Preliminary Engineering, final design, Preparation of drawings, specifications, and other design documentation, Structural design for retaining walls, Determination of R/ W needs and R/ W plan preparation. Public outreach services. The A&E consultant contract for providing these services will include a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ( DBE) agreement goal of 16%.
