As of April 10, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. This specification includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required to furnish and install courtroom gallery benches in Courtroom A and Courtroom B located in the Justice Center at 100 S. Central Ave, Clayton, MO 63105, 3rd floor. Total benches required for both rooms: 14 rows of benches divided into 7 rows per courtroom - each bench is 11'5" Benches to match existing benches in other courtrooms in the St Louis County Courthouse at 105 S. Central Ave, Clayton, MO 63105 MINORITY/WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES County shall apply a 5% bid discount to bid submittals from certified MBE/WBEs during the evaluation of such bid.
