Update:Lake River Outfall stormwater enhancement and treatment. Designed and "construction-ready" in 2021, it has been determined that the scope of the Lake River Outfall Project design shall be significantly restructured. Lake River does not require flow control. This project will be designed only to treat stormwater per the 2019 WA DOE Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington. Construction will be packaged with two additional downtown stormwater improvement projects and is expected to be constructed by the end of 2025.
