Requests for information/interpretation must be received by 4:00 p.m. on April 17, 2023 Parking and Traffic Improvements project at Manor Elementary School Early Learning Center and Shadow Glen Elementary School (the Project), as specifically set forth in the CSP package and pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter D. Gil Engineering Associates, 506 E. Braker Lane, Austin, Texas 78753. All CSPs must be proposed on a lump sum basis including general contract, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work. CSPs received after the required time will not be accepted. Proposal Security in the amount of 5% of the largest possible total of competitive sealed proposals submitted must accompany each bid in accordance with the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals and the Contract Documents. Statutory Bonds for performance of the contract and for payment of mechanics and for materials will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the amount of the Contract Sum contracted for as required by Chapter 2253 of the Texas Government Code. The District reserves the right to reject all submissions and to waive any informalities. A Mandatory Pre-Submittal Walk-Through of the Project sites will be held The site Walk-Through will begin at Manor Elementary Early Learning Center (MEELC) located at 12904 Gregg Manor Rd, Manor, TX 78653. Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Walk-Through is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to participate in order to become familiar with the breadth ofthe Project scope.Accessibility.
