Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Iron River, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,700-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Scope of work for that project includes but not limited to that constructions of a new 2700 Sf building addition on to the existing Middle school/High school building. Work includes minor demolition and site work to accommodate new building addition, masonry, concrete, Structural steel,Roof system, exterior doors/windows, interior door hardware, casework,flooring, ceiling system, roller shades. secure entrance vestibule work, metal stud , insulation, gypsum board, metal wall panel, painting,& mechanical, electrical, plumbing work as noted on the plans. Bids will be taken on a lump sum basis as defined on the Bid form. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security to the 5% of the bid amount.100% Surety Bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. Bonds must be and submitted on the forms provided. No alterations to the form will be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Owner.
