The specific areas of concrete replacement will vary by address and will include one or more of the following: carport pad replacement, approach replacement, driveway replacement. The Contractor will supply all labor, material, equipment, services, and obtain any permits necessary to complete all work required for this project at the following addresses: 1. 1305 N. Walnut- Carport pad 12. 701 E. 12th- Carport pad 13. 1004 E. 10th- Carport pad 14. 1006 E. 10th- Carport pad 15. 1310 N. Hayes- Carport pad 16. 1320 N. Hayes- Carport pad 17. 1307 N. The asphalt will need saw cut in order to make a straight edge where the asphalt and concrete meet (unless recommended otherwise).
