The North Platte Housing Authority is now accepting estimates to replace concrete at 23 scattered site addresses. The specific areas of concrete replacement will vary by address and will include one or more of the following: carport pad replacement, approach replacement, driveway replacement. The Contractor will supply all labor, material, equipment, services, and obtain any permits necessary to complete all work required for this project at the following addresses: 1. 1305 N. Poplar- Carport pad and approach 2. 1305 N. Cottonwood- Carport pad 3. 1311 N. Cottonwood- Carport pad 4. 1321 N. Cottonwood- Carport pad 5. 1325 N. Cottonwood- Carport pad 6. 1329 N. Cottonwood- Carport pad 7. 1306 N. Walnut- Carport pad 8. 1312 N. Walnut- Carport pad 9. 1318 N. Walnut- Carport pad 10. 1324 N. Walnut- Carport pad 11. 1330 N. Walnut- Carport pad 12. 701 E. 12th- Carport pad 13. 1004 E. 10th- Carport pad 14. 1006 E. 10th- Carport pad 15. 1310 N. Hayes- Carport pad 16. 1320 N. Hayes- Carport pad 17. 1307 N. Mills- Carport pad 18. 1313 N. Mills- Carport pad 19. 2321 W. 13th- Carport pad 20. 1501 N. Sheridan- Carport pad and approach 21. 1505 N. The asphalt will need saw cut in order to make a straight edge where the asphalt and concrete meet (unless recommended otherwise). Scope of Work and Specifications: All work must meet North Platte City code Remove and dispose of existing concrete Prepare ground for new concrete- level, grade, and pack ground Saw cut any asphalt necessary to make a straight edge at the joint Form concrete Pour concrete 6" thick Brush finish Cut concrete Back fill ground where needed Seal joints Remove forms and clean work area Time frame for this project is 02/1/2023-12/31/2023 (project must be 100% complete by 12/31/2023) The contractor shall provide a warranty period for a minimum of 12 months Contact Person: Jennifer Hodges 308-520-0551, jenniferhodges999@gmail.com
