SCOPE OF WORK D3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of demolition of the existing park features as necessary, supply and installation of: underground storage tank and associated LDS renewal, soil cells, custom site furniture, custom privacy screen, custom lighting arbour, stage, granite seating boulders, lighting standards, electrical outlets, electrical cabinets, unit pavers, planting trees and shrubs. D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Demolition of existing walls, plinths, stairs including pile caps, surfacing, catch basins, and the removal of plant material. (b) Disconnection and removal of existing light fixtures (wall packs). (c) Disconnection and removal of existing subsurface drainage and irrigation components. (d) Excavation and grading as per drawing and specifications. (e) Supply and installation bottle filling station with service connections per manufacturer specifications. (f) Supply and installation soil cell system with LDS connection as per manufacturer specifications. (g) Supply and installation storage rank with LDS connection as per manufacturer specifications. (h) Supply and construction of tiered seating and raised planters including custom furniture per drawings and specifications. (i) Supply and construction of concrete surfacing per drawings and specifications.
