The project is to provide and install all equipment, to include all materials and supplies for Wifi System and Network Switch Upgrade at the Mamaroneck Avenue School, 850 Mamaroneck Ave, Mamaroneck, NY 10543, Central School, 1100 Palmer Avenue, Larchmont, NY 10538 Chatsworth Avenue School, 34 Chatsworth Ave, Larchmont, NY 10538 and Murray Avenue School, 250 Murray Ave, Larchmont, NY 10538. This project is subject to E-Rate funding and proposers must participate in the E-Rate program and have a SPIN. Any vendor that submits a proposal but will not participate in E-Rate will not be considered. Bids must be presented on the proposal forms in the manner designated therein and as required by the specifications. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bid Title, Due Date and Time. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids, or to accept that bid which, in the Board of Educations judgment, is in the best interest of the School District.
