Location of the arch is approxi-mately 230 feet north of the north fog line of SR 532. There is an existing overhead guy wire across 88th Avenue in the same loca-tion. Proposals received after the tune fixed for opening will not, be con-sidered. Bids are to be submit-ted only in the form provided in the Project Manual, and all bids must be accompanied by a certi-fied check or bid bond, payable to the "City of Stanwood" of value not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. All work shall be physically complete within 50 working days of receiving a Notice to Proceed. Notice to proceed will be given in two phases, first phase will be the commencement. of the arch fabri-cation; when the arch delivery date is known, the time needed for the site work can be scheduled which will establish beginning date of the phase 2 notice to pro-ceed, which is the site work, set-ting of the arch and finishing the arch and site restoration.
