The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum. The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to carry out the partial and complete service and maintenance of two existing chillers at the Canadian War Museum, 1 Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT documents. It is anticipated that the contract will be in place for a duration of two (2) years from the date of award. Refer to the procurement documents for further details. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents. Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX. Bidders must be present no later than the established site visit time to be eligible to attend the mandatory site visit and submit a Bid.
