This includes 1. Removal of the existing broken mini split and 6.5 ton unit. 2. Air flow maximization around the server stacks. 3. Purchase and installation of 3 independent roof mounted 8.5 ton air conditioners similar in capacity to a Daikin DFC102 on the roof of the Balsam Building. 4. Purchase and installation of a smart thermostat with remote viewing capacity. 5. When installed the footprint of new vents and ductwork in the server room be as limited as possible 6. Purchase and installation of a programmable independent and self draining dehumidifier 7. The connection of one Air Conditioner to the emergency generator with an automated activation in times of need. 8. Charging of the system with R410A 9. The education of onsite staff in the maintenance and repair of the newly installed system. 10. Timely response to maintenance issues.
