Janitorial Services Morganton Regional Center Direct all inquiries concerning this IFB to: Barbara Jones, Procurement Specialist II Email: Barbara.Jones@dhhs.nc.gov Submit Written Questions January 3, 2023 Provide Response to Questions January 9, 2023 Written questions shall be emailed to Barbara.jones@dhhs.nc.gov by the date and time specified above. Vendors should enter "IFB # 30-23161-DSDHH: Questions" as the subject for the email. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on February 10, 2023. The Vendor shall begin work under the Contract within two (2) business days of the Effective Date. Vendors are cautioned that this is a request for offers, not an offer or request to contract, and the State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all offers at any time if such rejection is deemed to be in the best interest of the State.
