Renovation of an educational facility in Craig, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description : Project is located on the CNCC Craig Campus, 2801 W. 9th Street, Craig, CO 81625. This project includes the removal of existing roof systems and associated flashing for in-scope roof replacement areas as well as recovering existing in-scope roof areas where the existing roof system will remain in place. The Contractor will be required to furnish and install a new fully adhered black EPDM membrane roof assembly system at all roof replacement areas and a new aggregate embedded asphalt flood coat over existing to remain built-up roof areas. All work will include new flashings and new sheet metal (fascia metal, parapet cap, counter-flashings, roof jacks, etc.). Late sealed bids will be rejected without consideration. The Colorado Northwestern Community College and the State of Colorado assume no responsibility for costs related to the preparation of submittals. This project may have prevailing wage requirements if construction contract is $500,000 or greater.
