This includes all counties in District 1 : Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Crittenden, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, Lyon, McCracken, Marshall and Trigg This Master Agreement will be to furnish all the necessary labor, material, equipment, tools and services necessary for the completion of curb and gutter rehab, curb inlets rehab, sidewalk, necessary sidewalk ramps and associated concrete entrances rehab. The Vendor shall do all the work described in the Specifications and all incidental work considered necessary to complete the project in a substantial and acceptable manner, and to fully complete the work or improvement, ready for use, occupancy, and operation by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. This Master Agreement may be extended atthe completion of the initial contract period for four (4) additional one-year periods. This extension must have the written approval of the vendor and the KYTC Division of Purchases. The Commonwealth of Kentucky reserves the righ tto renegotiate any terms and/ or conditions as may be necessary to meet requirements for the extended period. The vendor will be advised of any proposed revisions prior to the renewal periods. In the event proposed revisions cannot be agreed upon, either party shall have the rightto withdraw without prejudice fromeither exercising the option or continuing the contractin an extended period. Traffic control will be the responsibility of the vendor and shall be incidental to other items of work. Traffic control shall be placed in accordance to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), current edition. Deadline for written questions December 20, 2022 by 4pm.All questions shall submitted in writing by the date and time specified. No questions shall be accepted after the date/time listed unless the question(s) is considered material to the procurement. Oral questions will not be accepted at any time except for bid procedural clarifications. The Commonwealth will respond to salient questions in writing by issuing an Addendum to the Solicitation. Commonwealth's response to written questions The Addendum shall be posted to the Commonwealth's e-Procurement web site. December 22, 2023 by 4pm. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject the bid response for any violation of this provision. This provision does not preclude bidders who presently hold contracts with the Commonwealth from communicating with state agencies regarding existing contracts. Tentative Award Date January 12, 2023.
