District Wide Capital Improvements The Board of Education of Township High School District 113, Lake County, Illinois is accepting bid proposals for the District Wide Capital Improvements located at Highland Park and Deerfield High School at 433 Vine Ave in Highland Park, IL and 1959 Waukegan Road in Deerfield, IL. The current Bid Period 2 consists of roofing for the work as it relates to the District Wide Capital Improvements. Prime Trade Agreements for the Work will be assigned to the Construction Manager. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Township High School District 113. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the final contract sum.
