Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Leonard, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to make repairs to the underground and above storage tanks, to bring them back into compliance with Federal and Maryland laws and regulations. This includes decommissioning Stage II Vapor Recovery system and a new keypad for the Veeder-Root automatic tank gauge, as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled "Underground and Above Ground Storage Tanks Repairs" and Invitation for Bid form. Also included are the The contractor will complete all work within 90 calendar days upon receiving the notice to proceed date
