The City of Missouri City intends to contract with one (1) firm to perform space planning and provide construction plans for the Golf Course Maintenance Facility. The construction and demolition plans will include architectural engineering design, details, and specifications to bid and construct the new building on the existing Golf Course Maintenance Facility Site at 3400 West Creek Club. The selected firm will be responsible for the following but not limited to: Preliminary design, design development, architectural design, civil engineering, MEP engineering, IT Data design, structural engineering, surveying, environmental assessment of existing facility, demolition plans for existing building, geotechnical report, bid specifications, final design, TDLR review, and construction phase engineering. The selected firm will provide recommendations to the City for temporary facilities on or off site for staff while new construction takes place develop budgets for construction, permit/ utility connections FFE and IT equipment All costs involved with preparing a submittal, including any interview travel expenses, are the responsibility of the respondent. Submittal package must be sealed and marked with the following: RFQ No. 23-308 Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the Redesign of the Golf Course Maintenance Facility Submittals received after the due date will not be accepted. The City of Missouri City is not responsible for submittals that are not properly marked or are delivered to the incorrect address.
