It is the intent of Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD) to award one contract as a result of this Solicitation. Product(s) and/or services considered for award shall equal or exceed a minimum quality level of industry standard(s) as defined within this Solicitation, including the Scope of Proposal. Product(s) and/or services shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local technical, environmental, and performance standards and specifications. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 1/10/2023 01:00:00 PM (ET) Est Construction Cost $32,500,000.00 SBISD consists of twenty-six (26) elementary schools, seven (7) middle schools, five (5) high schools, one (1) science center, one (1) career center, and various support facilities. SBISD has approximately 35,000 students and 4,500 employees. SBISD operates 6,200,000 gross square feet of educational facilities located within a 43 square mile area. This contract shall be for a period of April 01, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Project Details: 600 student capacity, replacement of elementary school on existing site. The existing school will be operational on-site during construction
