For the work generally described as follows: GLADDEN FARMS Clark Farms Boulevard, Birchfield Drive and Mike Etter Boulevard PUBLIC LANDSCAPE PROJECT Landscape and irrigation work for the Gladden Farms Clark Farms Boulevard, Birchfield Drive and Mike Etter Boulevard Public Landscape Project all in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, Special Provisions and other Contract Documents. No bid will be accepted unless it is made on the Bidder's Proposal Forms within the Contract Documents furnished by The WLB Group Inc. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check, or Bidder's Bond from an Arizona Surety, payable to GLADDEN PHASE II, L.L.C., in an amount equal to at least 10% of the total amount of the bid. Failure to execute the Construction Contract Agreement and/or submit the required Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Insurance Certificates or all other required documents to The WLB Group Inc. within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the award of the Contract may be just cause for the annulment of the award and forfeiture of the proposal guarantee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity, informality or technicality in any bid to the extent permitted by law. Bidder(s) may not withdraw their bid for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening. No questions will be answered verbally. No explanations, answers to technical questions, representations, nor comments will be made by the Owner s personnel concerning this Project. Subsequent to the conference, minutes of said meeting will be issued to all official Plan Holders. An Addendum or Addenda will be issued on technical questions received in writing, email and/or raised at the Conference, which in the opinion of the Owner, or The WLB Group Inc., meets the requirements thereof. Technical questions, in the format described hereinabove, will be received up to 08:00 A.M., THURSDAY, JANUARY 12, 2023.
