Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the site development of: Bear Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant - Phase 1 serving Kelly Ranch - Phase 1 Cresson Crossroads Municipal Utility District No. 2 Parker County, Texas Bid bonds may be submitted electronically through the facilities in satisfaction of the Bid Security requirements described herein; however, certified or cashier's checks in satisfaction of the Bid Security requirements must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, plainly identified on the outside with the contents, the bidder's name, and the job name and addressed and delivered as prescribed in this Notice to Bidders for sealed bids The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all defects and irregularities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible bidder which in the Owner's judgment will be most advantageous to the Owner and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
