SCOPE: Supply all material, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all operations in strict accordance with these specifications in this SOW. Use of Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) 09 68 00: Air Force Carpet Standard will be used as reference when needed. General construction consists of the following items: 3.1.1. Bldg.549, LVT- Contractor shall be responsible for removal of existing materials, i.e., linoleum, VCT, LVT, old floor glue, and old cove base. The contractor shall install approximately 290 SF of luxury vinyl tiles in the entry foyer and the stairs to the 2nd floor measuring 12" x 12" or greater. The tiles shall be of a nonslip material. Color to be selected upon award of the project. The contractor shall use adhesive, floor leveling compound, and underlayment as required. These tiles will have an additional 10% in replacement stock as specified on UFGS 09 68 00. The contractor shall furnish and install approximately 85 LF of 4" rubber cove base, colors to be selected upon award.
