Refer to locations of these Switches in the locations provided. All Ruckus products shall be sourced via an Authorized Ruckus Channel. Florida Turnpike shall be the original and entitled Licensed party to all hardware and software. The process to become an Authorized Ruckus Channel Networking partner can generally be accomplished within two (2) weeks. Prior to beginning work under this Contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer for approval, two copies of the Contractor's proposed plan and methods for performing the work, including a listing of equipment and personnel anticipated for use. Expertise and Experience is required in the performance of Intelligence Transportation Systems (ITS) Maintenance. The Experience in Intelligence Transportation Systems (ITS) Maintenance Form (850 -070-10) must be filled out and submitted with the bid to be reviewed by the Department. The Contractor shall perform all work during daylight hours, Monday through Friday. No U-turns shall be permitted as a condition of this Contract, except at Service Plazas. No Pre-Bid Conference Will Be Held for This Project. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects. All work is to be done in accordance with the Plans, special Provisions of the State of Florida Department of Transportation.
