All questions resulting from this RFQ shall be submitted by close of business two (2) days prior to the closing date. TESTING AND SUBMITTALS: Submittals for all materials being permanently incorporated into the project must be submitted to and approved by the Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) before being installed. EQUIPMENT NEEDED: All equipment and labor needed for existing asphalt removal and disposal, preparation, paving, spill prevention control, topsoil placement, aggregate placement, curb replacement, dry-well sediment and debris removal, and fence/gate repair will be furnished by the contractor. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: It is anticipated that the work shall commence on or about March 1, 2023 and end on or about May 15, 2023. SECURITY: Pre-screen candidates using E-Verify Program.
