Site work for a civil project in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this RFSQ6096 is to pre-qualify vendors to bid on two (2) second-stage competitions for the construction work of installing 8.6 km of new water supply line which is intended to connect the existing North Pumping Station located at 480 North Pasqua Street to the planned new Redbear Avenue Pumping Station and Reservoirs. The award from the two (2) second-stage competitions after this RFSQ is anticipated to consist of two separate contracts as stated below. Contract 2A - 2.1 km of 900 mm diameter PVC potable water main (2023). Contract 2B - 6.5 km of 900 mm diameter PVC potable water main (2023 to 2025). The City anticipates having two separate second-stage competitions, one for Contract 2A and one for Contract 2B. Bidders may choose to bid on both second-stage competitions or may elect to bid on just one of them by disclosing their intent in Appendix A - Submission Form. Deadline for Questions: Thursday, January 5, 2023 Construction Value for Contact 2A is estimated to fall in the range of $6,000,000.00. Construction Value for Contract 2B is estimated to fall in the range of $22,500,000.00
