This subject RFB received sealed bids from two contractors. The Purchasing Officer has deemed both bids to be non-responsive. Therefore, Docks & Harbors will not pursue an award under this solicitation. This Project consists of replacement of damaged carpet within the Mendenhall Valley Public Library. ARCHITECT'S ESTIMATE RANGE: Between $150,000- $200,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. DEADLINE FOR BIDDER QUESTIONS: 4:30pm Alaska Time on January 17, 2023. COMPLETION OF WORK. The WORK must be completed within 90 days of issuance of Notice to Proceed. All contractors are required to have a current Alaska Contractor's License, prior to submitting a Bid, and a current Alaska Business License prior to award.
