This project involves replacement of an existing 2,500 KVA medium voltage transformer in an existing substation in the main electrical room of the History Center. Work will require modification on the existing substation. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor the work for at least two (2) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since January 1, 2018 for construction of Medium Voltage Electrical work on an existing occupied building. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $100,000 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding company's projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to two (2) qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion January 1, 2018 for construction of Medium Voltage Electrical work on an existing occupied building, and a construction value of $ 100,000 or greater.
