This project has been awarded to Titan Earthwork LLC. Project, locations will be through - out the Seattle City Light service area, as specified in each Work Package issued after the Contract is executed. Curbside Level 2 charger installations are expected at between 20 and 25 locations within the Seattle city limits. Work for the Curbside Level 2 chargers is expected to be assigned to Contractor in no more than two work package to be completed in QI 2023. Fleet Electrification Make-Ready installations are expected at between 3 and 6 locations within the Seattle City Light service area, with work, to be done after the completion of the Curbside Level 2 chargers. This Project consists of the following elements of Work: Site preparation Installation and maintenance of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls; safety measures including but not limited to barricades, fencing, and plating of excavations. Installation of all required tree and landscaping protection measures. The Unit Price List pricing should include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for completion of each listed item. The Unit Price List is to be used to price each Work Package scope of work when issued by City Light. The Minimum Award Value for this contract is $1. million, as defined in Section 1-01.3. The Work will be assigned by Work Packages. Each Work Package will specify the scope of work for EV charging infrastructure, and must be performed as specified m the Contract and Work Package details. The Contract duration is for a period of eighteen (18) months, starting from the date of Notice to Proceed for the first Work Package issued, or until the date that the total payment requested meets the Not to Exceed award amount; whichever is earlier.
