The Township of Piscataway is requesting proposals from qualified service providers in accordance with the specifications set forth by the Township. RFP by Evaluation Criteria process. Proposals must be made on standard proposal from, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of bidder and clearly marked indicating the professional service on the outside of the package and delivered to the Township Purchasing office, 455 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08854 during regular business hours, 8:30 am to 12:20 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Bidders must call Purchasing office 732-562-2321 to drop off the sealed RFP. Please be advised that the municipal building is closed daily between 12:20 PM and 1:30 PM for lunch. Due to Covid-19 the Municipal building is closed to the public. (1) RFP Packet marked "ORIGINAL" (1) Photo Copy of the Original marked TRUE COPY RFPS can be hand delivered to the Municipal Building by calling the Purchasing Agent @732-562-2321. If using an outside delivery and/or messenger service (i.e. Federal Express, UPS, etc.), please note the following: The Township will not be responsible for deliveries made prior to or after normal business hours, or to any other office, or for the failure of a bidder to affix the label provided with the bid package on the courier envelope. FEDEX /UPS envelope. Your Company Name must appear on the Outside of the envelope. All professional service contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration of Public Contractors), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submissions by Corporations and Partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership from (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) and shall include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the Township. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
