This project consists of a multi-floor renovation of approximately 13,400 square feet on three separate floors for four distinct state agencies. This is a Construction Management at Risk project under MGL Ch149A. Interested Firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by deadline and be prequalified if interested in later bidding on the project. DCAMM Certification applies for this process. This Request for Qualifications is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the Qualification Statement. At a later date, only prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified.
