Site work and paving for a civil project in Long Beach Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

2022 Water Meter Interconnect: The project shall include but not be limited to the following: Furnish and install nine (9) water meter manholes; four (4) 6-inch, four (4) 8-inch and one (1) 10-inch water meter; one (1) 6-inch and two (2) 8-inch insertion valves; six (6) 6-inch, eight (8) 8-inch and one (1) 10-inch gate valve; 180 LF 6-inch, 195 LF of 8-inch and 50 LF of 10-inch Class 52 Ductile Iron water main; initial pavement restoration of approximately 650 SY, final pavement restoration of approximately 1300 SY and all testing, disinfection, restriping, traffic control and site restoration required. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Long Beach in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of the total bid within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Township of Long Beach hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof. The Township further reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any or all bids submitted, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsible bidder based on the lowest Total Bid Amount and to make such awards or take such action as may be in the best interest of the Township.
