The Laconia Public Works Department is requesting bids for the supply and installation of a set (2 units) of pedestrian activated warning devices, in accordance with the specifications selection of this bid request, for the Gilford Avenue project in Laconia. The bond shall be in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the price specified in the contract for the full term of the contract. The City of Laconia reserves the right to reject or accept all or any part of any bid, to determine what constitutes a conforming bid, to award the bid solely as it deems to be in the best interest of the City, and to waive irregularities that it considers not material to the bid.
