The project will consist of a comprehensive interior renovation of the existing Katusi classroom/administrative building including miscellaneous exterior envelope restoration and improvements along with upgrades to associated site infrastructure. The project also includes new construction of an 81-bed residential complex including necessary site infrastructure to accommodate parking and connection to the classroom/administrative building.
