This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been prepared by Washington County to secure architectural services for a specific project regarding the Washington County Law Enforcement Center (LEC), with a tentative completion date of December 2024. Addendum Due December 28th, 2022 Evaluations January 11th, 2023 Contract Award January 13th, 2023 The role of the selected Consultant team will be to complete all tasks necessary to take the project through the development of a municipally approved preliminary layout. Washington County will act as the lead agency through all aspects of the project. The County reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities in the proposal request process. The County reserves the right to interview any, all, or none of the respondents at its discretion. The County shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the Consultant including but not limited to expenses associated with the preparation of the proposal. A copy of all written questions submitted, with responses, will be distributed to interested Contractors no later than 4:00 PM on December 27th, 2022.
