Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Prime Contractors wishing to submit a bid for this project must provide a MANDATORY written Letter-of-Interest to the Countys authorized Design Consultant at least 48 hours in advance of the bid opening in order to be placed on the official Bidders List for automatic distribution of potential addenda and offered consideration by the County as a responsive bidder. Bids submitted by Prime Contractors that have not provided a Letter-of-Interest may be considered non-responsive. Bid, Performance, and Payment & Material bonds shall be required for this project. Mecklenburg County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities, as it may deem to be in its best interest. The laws of North Carolina and applicable regulations of various Licensing Boards and BDI provisions will be observed in receiving bids and awarding contracts.
