Renovation of a recreation facility in Durango, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

The City of Durango invites interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required service to submit proposals for the design and installation of two new turn-key surface lifts which will replace two existing rope tows on a City owned and operated ski hill. The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City of Durango. This project is being bid in accordance with the City of Durango Purchasing Policy. This project consists of replacing the existing Big Tow rope tow with a platter lift and the Little Tow with an updated rope tow -or- agreed upon alternatives. Alternative proposals or alternative recommendations are welcome and the City shall evaluate any such proposals in relation to the needs, demands, goals and budget of Chapman Hill. The project services will require furnishing and supplying all necessary equipment and labor required for the complete installation and commissioning of the new lifts. All equipment and installations shall meet all current ANSI B77 codes.
