It also includes all site improvements indicated on drawings. The Miami Trace Schools reserve the right to reject any incomplete or altered bids. Bids must be submitted in a closed opaque envelope, clearly identified with bidder's name, project name and owner's name on the outside. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, shall state the price for labor and materials, and must be accompanied by a BID GUARANTY meeting the requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. All contractors are required to submit a Certificate of Contractors Insurance in an amount of $1,000,000.00. Failure to do so may result in rejection of bid.
