The City of Gary Parks Department Division is requesting vendor proposals for Roller Rink installation and construction services for the following City of Gary locations: o Roosevelt Park: 2100 Harrison St., Gary, IN 46407 Contractors/ Vendors submitting proposals must be licensed contractors with bonding and insurance. Copies of licenses, bonding and insurance must be provided. Packages will be available Monday December 12,2022 at 10:00am through Thursday,December 15,2022 at 4:00pm I. Old Tennis Court (will be renovated to be roller rink) a. Resurface asphalt with a concrete or asphalt finish b. Level out concrete or asphalt no more than 2-inch slope in any direction c. Remove tennis court poles and netting d. Repair or replace fencing surrounding court e. Rink Measurements 70' x 130' with a corner radius of 27.89' to make a total area: 9100 sqft Repurpose Concession a. Repurpose concession stand to the east ofthe rink b.
