The City of Gary Parks Department Division is requesting vendor proposals for Roller Rink installation and construction services for the following City of Gary locations: o Roosevelt Park: 2100 Harrison St., Gary, IN 46407 Contractors/ Vendors submitting proposals must be licensed contractors with bonding and insurance. Copies of licenses, bonding and insurance must be provided. Packages will be available Monday December 12,2022 at 10:00am through Thursday,December 15,2022 at 4:00pm I. Old Tennis Court (will be renovated to be roller rink) a. Resurface asphalt with a concrete or asphalt finish b. Level out concrete or asphalt no more than 2-inch slope in any direction c. Remove tennis court poles and netting d. Repair or replace fencing surrounding court e. Rink Measurements 70' x 130' with a corner radius of 27.89' to make a total area: 9100 sqft Repurpose Concession a. Repurpose concession stand to the east ofthe rink b. Install Shelving for rental skates c. Paint outdoor structure of concession stand d. Install ticketing system III. Roosevelt Park Mural on Asphalt (roller rink) a. Paint mural on roller rink b. Paint c. Paintbrushes d. Buckets e. Apply protective coating that is durable for the weather IV. Rental Skates a. 100 pairs ofTan Suede Rental Skates b. 100 (8 pack) outdoor safe wheels c.
