In accordance with Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Procurement Department. It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara, Procurement Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide flooring services on an as-needed basis. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, or up to a value of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000), whichever is reached first. Q & A deadline: Jan 03, 2023 6:00:00 PM EST The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Contract Sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($ 200,000). The check or bond must be made payable to The County of Santa Clara.
