Renovation of a transportation facility in Sarasota, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
It is the intent of the Authority to secure the services of a qualified firm for the replacement of ceilings tiles and metal suspension system damaged during Hurricane Ian. All the work will be in the ticket wing of the terminal. Work will need to be completed between the hours of 8:00 pm to 4:00 am while there are no passengers in the area. There are two types of ceiling tiles needing to be replaced: Armstrong Item #1920 and Armstrong Item #5401W4NMP. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
