PDF files are preferred. Price proposals shall not be included in the Technical portion of your submission. The Parish shall only consider written and timely communications from proposers. No negotiations, decisions, or actions shall be binding as a result of any oral discussions with any Parish employee or Parish consultant. Any proposer that submitted a proposal in response to this Requests for Proposals may protest in writing to the Director of Purchasing within 48 hours of the evaluation committee meeting. The Purchasing Director will review the complaint in conjunction with the Parish Attorneys Office who will then respond as soon as possible in writing to the proposer The Parish through its Council may reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP, or cancel this RFP prior to proposal Receipt Date and Time if in the best interest of the Parish.
