The Village of Sussex invites proposals from experienced contractors for the work described in detail for the Village of Sussex HVAC Preventative Maintenance Contract. The Village of Sussex seeks qualified HVAC Preventative Maintenance services to allow efficient and effective use of Village facilities and equipment. Contractors must have a minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant recent experience, in an industrial/commercial setting, with substantially similar hvac equipment and controls, and successfully document in the bidder proof of responsibility and qualifications statement (exhibit f). Failure to meet and document the experience requirements is grounds for rejection of the proposal. Required documents for complete proposal a complete proposal will be comprised of the completed contractor's proposal costing form (exhibit b), a copy of the unsigned hvac maintenance contract (exhibit c), and bidders proof of responsibility and qualifications statement (exhibit f). Number of copies one (1) original and three (3) copies of the contractor's proposal costing form, a copy of the unsigned hvac maintenance contract, and bidders proof of responsibility and qualifications form. Fax and email responses will not be accepted. If additional information is needed to interpret the specifications/requirements, written questions must be received no later than the time/date and addressed to the person noted on the cover page. No information provided verbally, or by any other personnel, will be considered binding. All bidders should use this written document and its attachments as the sole basis for proposal at this time. The issuance of a written addendum is the only official method whereby interpretation, clarification or other additional information can be given.
