Renovation of an educational facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 12,000-square-foot educational facility.
As of October 22, 2024, a shortlist of prospective firms has been released. A firm timeline for bidding and construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Full design services including but not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines. Services to include programming through construction administration for the renovation an existing ~12,000SF facility to create an Early Childcare Center. The facility being renovated is on the City of Phoenix Historic register and any exterior improvements will require expertise in this area. The target completion date for design is 6-8 months from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise approved by the County. Proposals must demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet this completion schedule. No Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled under this procurement Project location: 441 W. Madison St., Phoenix, Arizona 85003 It is the intent of Maricopa County to award one contract to one person or firm for professional services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
