Request for Bid - Roof Repair/Construction - Nicholson You are invited to submit a Bid to the City of Nicholson, Georgia, to install approximately 60,000 sq. ft. of TPO Roofing on property owned and occupied by the City of Nicholson known as the Benton Center located at 5488 US Highway 441, Nicholson, Georgia 30565. Such work shall also include removal and replacement of metal roofing components, boots, and repairing any existing damage and flashing as necessary. The written requirements contained in this Request for Bid (RFB) shall not be changed or superseded except by written addendum from The City of Nicholson Public Works Department. Failure to comply with the written requirements for this project may result in disqualification of the submittal by The City of Nicholson. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason or no reason whatsoever.
